Vetkoek Brood 

Ingredients

 
  • 1
    kg
    vetkoek dough
  • 1
    cup
    brown sugar
  • 250ml
    cream or condensed milk
 

Method

 
Buy vetkoek dough from Spar, grease a baking dish. Roll vetkoek into balls, place in greased dish. Sprinkle over brown sugar (1 cup) Add cream or try condense milk for a sweater taste. Bake at 180 for 15 minutes until golden brown. Serve as starter or with the braai.
